**1. Collecting Chillies**
**1.1** Every time a Member visits Nando’s and spends a minimum of RM30, they will be entitled to ONE (1) Chilli. The Chilli will be added to the Member’s account only after the payment has been made.
**1.2** To collect a Chilli, the Member must log in to the Nando’s App when placing an order at a Nando’s restaurant. It is important to note that failure to do so will result in the Chilli not being added to the Member’s account.
**1.3** Members can collect Chillies for dine-in and pickup transactions, including the purchase of PERi-PERi Sauces in Nando’s restaurants.
**1.4** Chillies collection is not applicable for Nando’s bulk purchases, catering services, purchase of Nando’s Gift Vouchers, Nando’s Staff Meals, or transactions involving third parties such as FoodPanda or GrabFood deliveries.
**1.5** Member is entitled to collect ONE (1) Chilli per day only. Member will not be entitled to Chilli for any subsequent transaction(s) made on the same day.
**1.6** Every 3rd Chilli collected will automatically earn the Member a Chicken meal reward which will be credited into the member’s account. Each reward will be valid for 3 months from the date it was earned.
**2. Reward redemptions**
**2.1** Reward is redeemable for dine-in and pickup orders only (not valid for delivery, catering, bulk orders, or third-party platforms such as GrabFood).
**2.2** Valid at all Nando’s Malaysia outlets.
**2.3** Reward is valid for 3 months from the date it is credited.
**2.4** Rewards are deducted on a first-in, first-out basis (earliest expiry will be used first).
**2.5** Reward is valid for one-time redemption only and not transferable to other users, and not exchangeable for cash.
**2.6** Reward can only be redeem for the following menu items

**2.9** Nando’s Malaysia reserves the right to remove or reject the reward in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
**1. Terms of Membership**
**1.1 The Nando’s Loyalty Rewards Programme** (“Rewards Programme”) is a rewarding programme for registered members. Registered member (“Member”) with Nando’s Rewards Programme will collect Chillies (“Chillies”) based on number of visits and a minimum spend, which can be turned into rewards (“Rewards”) to enjoy in Nando’s restaurants around Malaysia.
**2. Collecting Chillies and Rewards Redemptions**
**2.1** Every time a Member visits Nando’s and spends a minimum of RM30, they will be entitled to ONE (1) Chilli. The Chilli will be added to the Member’s account only after the payment has been made.

**2.6** Every 3rd Chilli collected will automatically earn the Member a Chicken meal reward which will be credited into the member’s account. Each reward will be valid for 3 months from the date it was earned.
**2.7** If the Member notices any discrepancies in the collection of Chillies or the recording of rewards, they may contact our Customer Experience team via email at peri-peri@nandos.com.my.
**2.8** To redeem a reward, Member must log in to order on the Nando’s App.
**2.9** In the event that Member is unable to login, Member will not be allowed to make any redemption. Presenting a screenshot of the Mobile App will be invalid.
**2.10** Reward redemptions are valid with dine-in and takeaway transactions only.
**2.11** Redemption of rewards is not applicable for bulk purchases, catering services, Nando’s Staff Meals, or any transactions involving third-party delivery services such as GrabFood.
**2.12** The deduction of reward from Member’s Membership Account will be on first in, first out basis. The reward which is the soonest to expire will first be deducted.
**2.13** Members can check their Chillies & Rewards in the Rewards section of the Nando’s App. Please note that Members are responsible for any internet service charges incurred and we will not be held liable for any failures of internet services. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in a Member’s account if we believe that an accounting error has occurred. If a Member wishes to contest such correction or amendment to their account, they can contact our Customer Experience team at peri-peri@nandos.com.my.
**2.14** Chillies and rewards cannot be transferred to another person unless otherwise allowed by Nando’s at its sole discretion. Rewards collected in a Membership Account cannot be exchanged for cash.
**2.15** It is not possible to merge the Chillies and/or rewards balances from more than one Membership account onto a single account.
**2.16** Any rewards redeemed and deducted from a Member’s account is not refundable.
**2.17** The Programme allows a maximum of ten rewards to be spent per day from a single account.
**3. Limitations of Use of Membership**
**3.1** The membership may not be transferred, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms.
**3.2** Nando’s shall not be liable for any damage in the event the Rewards Programme could not be used due to whatsoever reason including but not limited to failure of Nando’s IT and communications systems as Nando’s may not be able to add Chillies or allow Member to redeem reward(s) during such event.
**3.3** Nando’s reserve the right to refuse any application for the Rewards Programme membership or to impose limitation on the usage of the Membership if in the event Nando’s believe the elements of fraud, misconduct or unauthorized use is involved in the transaction. Nando’s may at any time suspend or cancel the Membership of the Member if Nando’s believe that the Membership has been used for or intended to be sued for fraud, misconduct or unauthorized use of the Membership. In the event of the aforesaid, the Membership will be invalid once suspended or cancelled by Nando’s and all the rewards in the Membership account will be forfeited.
### **1. CONTEST PERIOD**
-The contest **starts on 9th April 2026** and **closes at 23:59:59 on 16 April 2026**.
### **2. ELIGIBILITY**
-The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with a valid Identification Number (MyKad or MyPR).
-The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
-Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
-Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with this Contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
### **3. ENTRY METHOD**
-To participate, participants must comment “I want to share a table with...” and tag at least one (1) friend on the Contest social post.
-Each participant with valid comment will receive via DM one (1) unique voucher code for **one (1) FREE 4 pcs PERi-BBQ Wings and 2 pcs Mango Passionfruit Mochi**, **with no minimum spend required.**
-Unique voucher codes will be issued to the first 1,000 valid commenters only, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
### **4. REDEMPTION FOR FREE 4PCS PERI-BBQ WINGS & 2PCS MANGO PASSIONFRUIT MOCHI VOUCHER CODE**
-The voucher code is valid from **9 April 2026 to 17 May 2026.**
-Voucher code is redeemable at all Nando's Malaysia outlets, EXCEPT for Nando's Miri and Nando's KLIA2.
-Voucher code is valid for dine-in only.
-The voucher code is valid only for 4 pcs PERi-BBQ Wings and 2 pcs Mango Passionfruit Mochi, with no minimum spend in single receipt.
-To redeem, customers must add 4 pcs PERi-BBQ Wings and 2 pcs Mango Passionfruit Mochi to their cart before applying the voucher code at checkout.
-The free items will be deducted upon successful application of the voucher code at checkout.
-Each voucher code is valid for **one (1) redemption only, limited to one (1) redemption per user and per phone number**, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
-The voucher code is valid for dine-in orders placed via the Nando’s App or OAT checkout only, and must be redeemed using online payment only and dine-in only.

### **5. OTHER TERMS**
-Nando’s Chickenland Malaysia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to any person, to vary the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to changing the Contest Period, substituting any prize, or cancelling, terminating, or suspending the Contest in whole or in part.
-In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of such changes.
