Say hello to PERi-gula Melaka, our newest limited-time flavour on the PERi-ometer. We took one of Malaysia's most beloved ingredients — the rich, caramel-sweet Gula Melaka that's been warming local kitchens for generations — and gave it the Nando's treatment, fusing it with our signature PERi-PERi. The result? A flavour that's mild ly sweet, spicy, and unmistakably Malaysian.
